A New Love

I have recently discovered that I actually really enjoy photography. I always thought I might...but now I know it.

I'm strange. Anyone who actually knows me is aware of this fact. For many years I have not had hobbies. I decided soon after William was born that I was determined to find some hobbies. Well it happened.

First, I discovered that I get quite a bit of joy out of card making. It lets me use my creative side and doesn't take long to have something accomplished. It's proof to myself that I am indeed creative...even if certain members of my family seem to think I"m not.

Now, I have discovered that I truly enjoy taking pictures. I have fiddled with the camera from time to time but never REALLY got into it. I have found that I really LOVE trying to capture the moment. I recently took the kids to the park and snapped some pictures. I came home, worked them in Photoshop and here is what I came up with (not to pat myself on the back..but I'm pleasantly surprised.).
