I just completed day 29 of my 30 day workout challenge! It feels good! Tomorrow is the last work out and Tuesday is the moment of truth. I am not expecting any lbs lost but I am expecting at least an inch or two. However, I am ready to step it up a bit and add in a daily jog or walk along with the wii active workout. I am also making small adjustments to my diet and hope to be eating completely healthy within the next two weeks. I would really like to join weight watchers - but alas I must have funds for something like that. Hopefully I will bring in some extra income soon and be able to join.
We shall see!
I will let you know if there are any changes to report when I weigh in and measure on Tuesday!
